This was the perfect summertime project! I started out painting one swallow to practice (see attached), and I felt so confident that I went ahead and painted all 3. So much fun! Yes, they do seem to be magical, Jane! I think I am addicted now. I added small spatters to the main piece. (The splatters I added to the practice piece were too large.) Swallows for summertime enjoyment!
