Amazing collection of work. I love the palpable tension in many of your watercolors especially these stags, the hares and squirrel. It’s the darker color choices and the energy of the poses for me. You describe the skinny leg as not being finished. I actually like it when there is an almost intentional imperfection left in art work, it’s very human.

Wow I didn't see all of them. You made many, very nice!! I think my favorite is nr 4, 5 and 10. I think it's the combination of colours and also the look in the eyes. Keep ut the good work!

The best paintings with Will Elliston classes I get, when I (after practice) can use the technique without the help of the video. I made many sheep, goose and stags! 
I am more satisfied with the paintings weeks later!

Try to paint loose. That is not that easy! Find my white paint today! That’s better than a white pen!I will use better paper for next paintings, because it is too easy to overwork this Canson XL-paper.

These are fantastic! It's so great that you have so many goes. It's the best way to learn. I also used to re-paint the same thing multiple times, it's very insightful.  It must have taken a long time, so I really appreciate it

You're exactly right Canson XL-paper was my go-to paper when learning weatercolor. It's fairly cheap as you can take risks without fear of spending lots of money. However once I was comfortable I moved on to cotton based paper, (like Arches) and I won't go back. I still have heaps of Canson paper left because I never used it anymore. It's just impossible to create the same effects on it as when using cotton based.

Thanks, I will give the Canson to the kids in the family! I try some more stags the snow!

Finished this class with more stags and a painting on o big sheet of cotton paper, laying in my cupboard for ages.
Learned so much! Enjoy the techniques.I will return to the sheep. To see what is going better after this class!

 Framed this one, but after two weeks I saw the skinny leg! Now I see it every time when I walk down the stairs! So this one is not finished!
