I was working on taking photographs of these light up wheels and could not figure out how to make the wheels show that they light up. At first this is all I was able to get at f 10, shutter speed 1.6 sec. I was working on a lightbox so I couldn't do much about the adjusting the shutter speed or dialing back the power on the lights.

Now after whatching this video, I went to use my portable lights and expiremented. I lowered the lights power most of the way and I got these shots using f 2.8, shutter speed 1/4 sec.
