The propagation of this plant has been quite successful for the most part.  Initially it was placed in a west facing window and I believe there was too much sun directly on the plant.  This left the leaves almost colourless and limp.  I have now moved it to an area still facing an eastern window in my bedroom but with a bit more shade.  

I love the texture and look it adds to my decor.  I have a very simple minimalist style with wood and white sheets and blinds.  Therefore, the plant injects a dose of nature and peace to the space.
