Sometimes, for reasons, one must pay attention

Update: I somewhat modified the flamingo pattern for my own requirements. He is now a Floatie shaped coaster. Caution: this is not a floatation aid, it's somewhere to put a cup.
So I didn't take a week off like I promised myself, I dove into this with a little more gusto than I had physical energy. Mistakes were made. Not small errors, but great big errors that lowered the tone of the whole class. I should apologise.
The lion came out just fine. I was tempted to mount it on a tiny plaque.
The flamingo went ok. ish. The beak came out dreadfully and I wasn't happy with it, but it's all in the practice.
That's where it started to bend southwards. The poor crocodile's head was sewn on the wrong way around. Amusing, yes, but a little bit a schoolboy that resided in my soul let out a giggle. I am sorry.
The giraffe came after a fortnight after the iron tablets were prescribed to keep me awake, chance to kick in. And now we are here. Sheepishly presenting my errors with hand outstretched to receive my hard earned certificate from Skillshare.
