I wanted to create an introduction video for my Youtube channel, Serenity Zenboo. I wasn't sure how to go about it. I needed to start somewhere and your course looked really good for a beginner like me. I wanted it to cover wellbeing and mindfulness. I hope that I have managed to do that.
