Self portrait~

Hello! :)

First of all, thanks to Joy and Noelle for this class. I'm just starting out in animation and i'm having so much fun!
Also, look at Nina Mikhailova's project got me extra excited for this! I mean, look at her project, it's totally awesome and she says it's her first time ;;; So well, I gotta improve a lot!

Oh! I decided to challenge myself a bit and follow this tutorial in another software, which is Animate CC. So far so good... just struggled a bit when exporting stuff haha

<Brainstorm>

So I put a few reference together in Pinterest, but i'd like to share the most important ones here, which are...

For style:

One of my biggest style inspirations in life is Rafael Sam's art!

For animation:

I recently found Sasha Mutch out and i definitely love everything about her animations!

I kinda tried to put these two together and, well, not sure if I really did it but yeah! haha You can clearly see - at least, I can :) - the second reference, but the stylistic one.. maybe when i ink and color the animation it will show!

<Finished animated self-portrait!>

Turns out.. it became something like the origin of life or so, with stars into the void that look like a cell somehow and then something becomes alive! Haha

I enjoyed so much the whole process, and also the result. Thank you! <3
