Had a go at mixed media in one colour. I chose red as it has so much to say. I used ribbon, wool, thread, water colour paint, thin pens, coloured pencils, ink, pastels and small bits of card. I liked the pencils and pastels best - there was more shades available depending on how much pressure is used. I will have another go and add layers. This was good fun, simple and straight forward to do.
