 Even tempo. Did some math as I went along and adjusted it to fit the length of video.

RESPONSE

More of a mood accompaniment, but it does shift with the scene a little, as noted in hit points.

MOOD/FEEL

 Matches mood. 3/4 time to help support feel of otherness - a boat trip to get away and relaxed. Tempo is slower than common time. Light instrumentation - bass guitars. The plucky nature of the notes stands out against the sound of the waves.

RELATION TO WHOLE

Feels like a commercial. Possibly this clip is the whole.
