I’ve made only one type of mushroom, so called turkey tail (used one of your tutorials on YouTube as inspiration). Because I had to make cane, and wanted to use most of it, whole piece is crowded and lacks composition… next time it will be better :) colours are chosen based on photos I found on Pinterest, did my best to make some contrast with the brown base.

Base is canvas 10x15cm painted with acrylics. Took lot of effort to make it resemble wood :D didn’t need to use any glue, clay stuck really well. Baked everything together, also no issues. 

I’m uploading from my phone, and for some reason all photos are in landscape mode instead of portrait, so it looks weird. 

Really great class, I recommend it and will keep making mushrooms and upload it here. 

 

PS any advice for improvement is more than welcome! I was thinking that I could add moth or bug (I’ve seen your classes on that topic).
