SOCIAL MEDIA DETOX

Hi, My name is Hanani. I want to set boundaries on my social media use so I can finally tackle my to-do list/task/project to move my business towards my personal & professional goals.

I have set up three boundaries for my daily life:

1. I won't open my social media (Twitter , Facebook , Instagram , Tiktok, YouTube ) after wake up early in the morning. Instead, I'm going to pray, reading, shower & preparing breakfast for my self & family and have quality time outdoor. To hold my self accountable, I turn off social media notification and commit to only checking my accounts when I am able to state something specific I need to accomplish.

2. As my work needs social media for research and for marketing purposes, it seems impossible for myself to escape social media. So what I can do is I can limit myself be in social media from 8am to 6pm. To hold my self accountable, I have use work mode function in my phone.

3. I would like to stop checking social media as early as 10pm as doing so prevents me from winding down and results I waking up late next morning.
