Rural Northwest Coastline - N. America for anyone unfamiliar

There are 'shot list' items missing from this project due to location constraints. There are no tall structures so there is no 'from on up high' capture and I have taken 'artistic license' with the middle of the road shot using a beach scene. In short I wanted the images to fit the nature of the location... and with that I hope you, the viewer, enjoys the show.

You will often see a Red Dress as you go around the Island in support of the missing Indigenous Women Project (for more info see https://indigenousfoundations.arts.ubc.ca/about_the_redress_project/)

This is a creative take on the perspective picture... the fact that it is not a perfect perspective shot fit with the 'snapshot' feel. An editor probable wouldn't use it but again I think it suits the vibe of the Island.

I debated putting in a Community Event photograph here (for the people element) but I felt this included young people better... i.e. how they interact with the world around them.

This image could do with a bit more polish but I think it does a good job of giving the where, building the environment and it's not like the typical picture of the ferry used in promo material.
Take Care all... hope you enjoyed the trip (cheesy I know).
