I ended up having to do the inking on my iPad because of grandbabies and other distractions, but I will definitely try this pattern technique again using all hand-drawn elements. It was a challenge to my Ai skills, so there was plenty to learn for me. Still mistakes to fix, but I was more focused on the process than perfecting the outcome.

UPDATE: I had so much fun with this class, and discovered so many weaknesses in my Ai skills, that I had to do it again - and found a whole NEW set of issues and challenges. ha!
