Topic: "The Rise of 'Quiet Quitting': Why Workers Are Redefining Success"

I choose the idiom "Spring up like mushrooms" meaning growing or appearing in large numbers. To show the "rise in workers" I used this idiom as a symbolism. The trophy indicates "success" that these workers are achieveing.
