Carter does his duty following orders from his superior his base mission is to make use of his ship the "U.S.S Lagertha" to explore new worlds for humanity to colonize but his primary mission is to track down the rogue commander "Apien Vexx" who has committed several war crimes and caused the deaths of hundreds of military personal and civilians, only the parrels of the adventure stand in his way.
