You've made some great work here, Jessica. You've kept the texture well for the apple, and I love the happy expression on Gladys the Great White! She's not too dark. In fact, you could make the inside of the mouth darker to create a contrast with the surrounding area which would make it lighter by comparison. Well done! Simon

Oh, and I understand what you mean. For the shark, I used the smudge tool quite a lot. For the apple not at all.

Funny that. I seem to make a picture of myself whenever I go to the gym. Btw, how straight are those lines??!

Haha, is that a hint? Uhmm... Some lines are straight, others... just not?😅 I just kept going. Maybe taking more time to erase and redo them when it's not good.

Oh, happy to read that. I wasn't sure how to interpret it. Too critical of myself, I guess. I'm working on the ellipses, circles, and egg shapes now.

Tue June 23 - Practiced the grid system. My dolphin looks just a little different in the photo grid than the one in the video.
