1. Write down your writing dreams and motivations.
- I'd like to improve my writing. 

- I'd like to be capable of inspiring people with my writing. 

- I want to be able to write down what I see in my head. 

 

2. Dream big, but start small. 
Ultimate goal: 2 hours per day

Starting point: 15 minutes per day. 

 

3. Protect your writing time. 

I will turn off my phone and request that my housemates leave me alone during my writing time. 

 

4. Create your space.

I already have my perfect writing space. 

 

5. Develop a ritual

I will write every day in the afternoon at 16:00.  

 

6. Give yourself permission to fail.
This is very hard for me. But I give myself permission to fail. 

 

7. Just write.
