Users start their day with 1 or 2 sessions to build momentum and then enter flowstate and end up not using the sessions for many hours or even for the rest of the day.

I’m going to use the concept of daily goals to capture the internal motivation of users for achievement. The UI/UX will have a daily goal set to 3 by default. Where the user needs to do at least 3 focusmate sessions to achieve the goal. This develops the habit of them using sessions for work more often and increases the minimal number of daily sessions they do. This is using the SAPS framework in that it's using status/success to trigger a sense of achievement by completing daily goals. I can also introduce a goal streak to keep them doing 3 sessions daily to not break their goal streak.
