Hi Christopher, thank you so much for taking the class and sharing your fantastic project! Wow you have really done a great job, particularly without a solid grid and using the dots instead - but it's so great to see you adapt the grid in this way - I would find this very tricky as I find it hard to visualise lines in blank space, but it's a really great way to use a grid without having a big ugly grid on your page ;) what a great idea! You have mapped in all those main shapes beautifully well done! You might find that for some parts of your subject which are quite 'busy' like the spout in this example, it will help to divide your grid squares up even further just because there is so much going on in one grid square, otherwise those sections can feel quite overwhelming to draw. Fantastic job here Christopher well done! Hi, I really appreciate your reply. I will leave a review when I am finished with the classand will try what you suggested where sections of the grid are busy. Thank you again for replying. Might you create a shading course for after the line drawing? That would be awesome!

Hi, I am enjoying this class. I'm going to try to draw a horse with this method next. How did I do? I drew dots as the grid on printer paper for the grid.
