Hi Lindsey!First of all, thank you for taking my class and I'm happy to hear that you've found it really helpful.There are products that are more difficult to style and photograph than others and your bundles are definitely a challenge. It's only natural that you struggle. But I have to say that I think that you are very much on the right track!Because all your products have different shapes, sizes and colors it can easily look "messy" and therefore be totally overwhelming for your potential customer. Introducing a certain structure to your product photos is essential. And you've done exactly that with photos 2 and 3. I think a (geometrically structured) flatlay is the perfect way to show off all the products in one bundle. It satisfies the curiosity of the potential customer without annoying him/her due to a complete visual overwhelm. I also love the first photo because it makes it instantly clear that you sell a bundle with many different products. The last photo, on the other hand, would frustrate me as a potential customer. I see many things but nothing quite as clearly as I'd like to. Spacing the products out only a little might already help, though. For example the bookmarks. I can see the shape and size very clearly from the first one. All I would need of the other ones is a glimpse at the pattern. If you stack them in a way so I can see half and inch of each pattern I would already be satisfied - and they don't take up as much space in your product photo as they would if you all had them lying next to each other.Have you taken my class "Make Your Products Stand Out: The Do's and Don'ts of Product Styling"? This course helped a lot, but I am still struggling with how to photograph ephemera bundles such as this. This bundle includes gift tags and envelopes. I want to showcase it includes all 20 products, but I'm also afraid it might look too messy?
