After watching this lesson, I spent almost a week at the sea. Sun, blue sky, hot dys, walking on the beach, feeling good, I collected some interesting stones and sea shells... but I did not draw or paint there. It was only today, that I used the collected items to observe, draw, and paint some of them. The painting reflect the feeling good on sandy beach full of smll peables and sea shells... I could recognize some of my thoughts and actions in the lessons, and I very much appreciate the encourgement to think outside of the box, and to embace freedom so to spek...and this resulted me in being playfull and enjoy the practice without felling that result has to be in any specific frame...
