We are committed to delivering wholesome, simple, quality meal in the heart of Shibuya for vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians and for people seeking halal foods. We place great importance on the freshness of each and every ingredient and their quality, in such a way that minimizes environmental damage. This means, that all of our ingredients are produced by utilizing as little pesticides, herbicides and other artificial chemicals as possible. We also use environmentally friendly detergents that do not have synthetic surfactant and other compounds that contaminate the Earth. We do not serve any meat in order to minimize deforestation and carbon footprint.
Our team comprises Yuya (CEO, PR, tax accountant), 3 chefs in the kitchen, and 2 waitresses. Yuya has an experience as IT technical support for about a year, the 3 chefs have at least 2 years of experience specializing in vegan and pescatarian foods. The waitresses both have at least 1 year experience and are passionate about serving the customers in the most hospitable and respectful ways.
