Hi, everyone! 

This is my digital painting done entirely with the mixer brush. I did a variety of brushes and techniques, including using the alt key trick extensively to get a painterly effect. Using layers helped me create the background, and add the shadows under the pears with ease. Finally, to help reduce the typical digital oversaturation I played with curves to try to mellow the colors out and deepen the shadows.
