Peanut Butter Chip Protein Bites

These are really quick tasty treats! As a mom I look for easy healthy options for my family.
Peanut Butter Chip Protein Bites
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (I used a natural/organic PB)
- 3 Tbsp honey (I used a raw local product)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (Enjoy Life brand)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter protein powder
**Roll into bite size balls (keep the coconut oil handy, this does make a difference)
**Place on a cookie sheet
**Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and enjoy!
**Store in an air tight container/baggie in fridge
