Peaceful, loose and fun

Heatwave in Belgium at the moment, and it totally blocks my inspiration and creativity 😅 Still I wanted to create something in my sketchbook, and this class was the ideal project! Low level shapes with clear examples that somehow triggered my inspiration after all! I followed Kristina's example of the panels and patterns but I soon felt inspired to include some other ideas. I looked op quilt patterns on Pinterest to create some of my own and I soon started enjoying it even more.

I filled some panels with a baselayer of Sakura solid paint markers in neon colors to add coloured pencils, acrylic markers and neocolors II on top. I also used tombow brush markers on the panels that I left blank (where I did not use the neon markers for a baselayer).  I used a prepainted spread in my A4 Art Creation sketchbook (white paper) which added to the playful character. I used bright sunny colours on purpose 😁🌞

Fun, inspiring and relaxing class, just what I needed! Thank you Kristina!
