I am not a surface designer, just a hobby digital artist that loves the Affinity Suite.  I have built patterns before but never so easily.  Okay, I confess, I struggled a little bit with the software, but once I figured out the technical issue was with between Affinity and my Wacom tablet, it was really easy to replicate the process.  I simply used assets I created sometime ago to create a quick pattern to test my memory.
