One day at a time - student project

My Primary focus:

My focus is self-improvement and building positive habits. I want to be a more well-rounded person. 

Positive habits I will include in my routine:

 

No screens in the morning/ doom scrolling

Exercise

Yoga or stretching

Make bed

Drink water

Reading 

learn something new (career related) 

 

● 6:00 am: Wake up, make bed, skin care, brush teeth, quick cold shower (15 min)

● 6:15 am: Write in a journal ( gratitude, daily goals, affirmations) (10 min)

● 6:25 am: Eat a healthy breakfast, make coffee (10 min)

● 6:35 am: Exercise and Yoga (15 min.) 

● 6:50 am: Reading (20 min)

● 7:10 am: Do dishes, tidy up any messes (25 min)

● 7:35 am: watch a ted-talk (15 min)

● 7:50 am: Break, miscellaneous (15 min)

● 8:05 am: learn something new (career related) (60 min)

● 9:05 am: Start work, no internet, set primary focus (30 min)
