What a fantastic result, Karla. I like the small deviations from the lesson, the painting feels full of energy and confidence, and the expressive colour splashes give it such life. I love the contrast between the rich, flowing colours and the clean white space, it really lets the subject breathe. You should feel very proud of this, it shows enthusiasm, freedom, and a real enjoyment of the process. Keep trusting that instinct and enjoyment, that mindset is what will take your watercolour work further and further.

I realize that I did deviate a little bit from the lesson, but I'm quite happy with the final result. Any thoughts or tips?
