This project involves the creation of a structured and legally sound Residential Lease Agreement designed for real-world rental scenarios. The document clearly defines the roles and responsibilities of the landlord and tenant, covering essential clauses such as lease term, rent payment, security deposit, utilities, pet policy, maintenance obligations, right of entry, default conditions, and governing law.

The objective of this project was to apply the concepts learned in the class to draft a professional, easy-to-understand agreement that can be adapted for different residential properties. Emphasis was placed on clarity, completeness, and logical flow to ensure the agreement is both user-friendly and legally practical.
