Day 2 - Mars Black

Very quick work, exploring wet-in-wet approach in this portrait. I loved it!

Day 3 - Lunar Violet

Exploring textures and high contrast in a quick portrait painting. It was fun!

Day 4 - Zoisite Genuine

35 minutes of joyful painting today :) I love to paint this type of face!

Day 5 - Perylene Violet 

Tough portrait to paint, but I would recommend this experience to anyone, who is serious about portrait painting. Lots to learn from this reference.

Day 6 - Prussian green

This is my favorite of the entire series, this color surprised me! I didn't expect this rich, beautiful duochrome color bringing so much life into this portrait.

Day 7 - Deep Scarlet

Scary angle, but once I dealt with the sketch, all of the other things (watercolor) fell into place. I enjoyed this one more than I thought I would, but it was tough.
