My goal-setting project.

Hi Kasia and Classmates.

2 days ago I turned 28 yrs old, it was shocking how life is fast and short really, stopped using my phone and changed my sleeping routine for 2 days to sleep when people are awake and wake-up when people are sleeping because I wanted to think about my life and really reflect those 28 yrs in peace. I figured out that I did not achieve anything because of procrastination, just opened Skillshare and search to find this class!

 

After two days of thinking I've realized that I already have many areas in my life to improve, I don't think 3 areas is enough but I will share my top 3 which are: Spiritual ( which I already planned and I am sharing its screenshot ), career - job applications ( I wanna do it seriously this year), Health ( Physical & Mental ).

I am still doing the work on planning other goals. I am setting the time to achieve these goals in May 2026!

As a person who grows up using screens especially social media I already deleted all social media accounts and start to use longer version of content as a mental health action plan! Planning to use News apps instead of knowing them from social media, using Skillshare for learning purposes as I know it covers almost everything I wanna learn this year, ordered Kindle this morning to use it before sleeping instead of my mobile phone, as entertainment planning to play playstation I already had it and collecting dust because I play games on my phone (deleted all of them) no portable device for entertainment, cancelled my streaming services subscriptions, if I want to watch a movie I will go to cinema as I realized that the huge amount of choices makes my brain overwhelmed. 

That's everything I remember now, sorry for being too long but I think these classes needs to be more interactive as you really making hard work to help people!
