I'm starting the ball! Here is my project for this class :)

After working on the negative space exercises, I framed my reference image and built a grid on top of it. I drew my format and corresponding grid on the drawing paper of my choosing.

After taking a moment to mark where the subject intersects with the grid, I was able to draw the silhouette of the foal.

Then, experimenting with shading, I worked on my piece until completion :)
