Morning Routine with Intention
I recently learned how it's easier to stay motivated if you're able to connect a task or action to the things you value. So here I created a morning routine that is connected to how I wish to wish to feel. Each of them is also connected to the pillars mentioned in this class: Mind, Body, and Soul.
I also really enjoyed a fellow student's idea of creating a short version and a longer version of a morning routine, so it allows for a more forgiving, pressure-free practice. So I added my intentions for the days I have more time to spare.
I am excited to start experimenting with my new routine! :)
