Hello lovely people!

I started my youtube channel a couple years ago but I haven't been consistent about posting. When I look back at my old videos, they are pretty hard to watch but I appreciate seeing all the progress I've made. I'm much more comfortable on camera these days and I'm learning a lot about how to get better. 

This workshop has taught me so much and I'm excited to create videos that are more visually appealing and engaging. I'll be sharing content on traditional healing practices, plant medicine, and menstrual health. I work as a menstrual health herbalist and Kambo practitioner so my content will basically be about my life as a healer. In the future, I'd like to spotlight other healers so people can get to know others who are carrying on ancestral traditions.
