I loved this class! Melissa and Paul are an absolute blast to watch and their course is not only educational but also entertaining. When it comes to actually putting down some color on the canvas myself it was an easy decision what to start with: I'm very much drawn to the dark and moody Mandarine, so that's what I went with. 

The gray underpainting made getting started easy and laid the groundwork for applying the color later on. Here's what I ended up with:
