I took my camera with me for my dog's morning walk and the pond in the backyard had mist rising, so here's my three versions of a misty pond.

First I started with a landscape photo with mostly water and some plants in the foreground.

Then I tried a different angle with more vegetation and the sun reflecting in the water.

Then the neighbor's dog got in the pond and I got my favorite photo because it highlights the sun and the mist.
