Mindful Eating; Watercolor Illustrations
Day 1: I enjoyed a poppy seed muffin, strawberries and orange slices for breakfast

Day 2: I’m trying to focus on drinking more water so I painted my water bottle today 
Day 3: I enjoyed a toasted BLT with some avocado and a pickle and it was so delicious

Day 4: I almost always start my day with coffee and I use this monkfruit sweetener instead of sugar

Day 5: I’ve always loved snacking on popcorn but in the last year I switched to this Skinny Pop popcorn because it’s only 100 calories per bag and it’s a small portion

Day 6: my favorite apples are honey crisps and cosmic crisps, they are so fresh and delicious

Day 7: I got some orange chicken take out form Panda Express
