- Highlights: I was able to bring my attention to the current moment, with each focus of the breath. With each breath, I am constantly reminding myself of where I am currently am and every sense that I am feeling.
- Issues/questions: I keep getting lost in my thoughts every second, about how I am going to spend my day off work today and what to eat for breakfast in which I feel the anxiety, but I have let each breath take away focus from them constantly so I won't have time to give these thoughts meaning.
