I am currently working on my Bachelorthesis, creating an african-inspired typeface. I want to use several aspects of inspiration: African handcraft, African Signwriting, African-inspired Typography and last but not least, logos of webshops selling african art and handcraft products.

I found that doing this typeface by hand would be the most authentic way possible, but my skillset in handlettering is still limited.

Doing research, I found this course here, and take it as a chance, to practice some handlettering with the given Task I already have.

So to practice I´m gona try to fuse all this into a handlettered logo for a german webshop I found during research, which currently has no logo at all.I appreciate this course and am curious to improve my skills in handlettering.
