This is my first attempt at drawing with pencils, as I usually focus on watercolour painting.  When I saw this lion, I just couldn're resist giving it a try.  I'm so glad I did as I really enjoyed the challenge.  Gemma is a great teacher who provided excellent instructions and was very good at explaining her thought processes.  This has inspired me to want to do more of her classes.  I'm also really excited to have a try at painting this lion i watercolour and comparing the outcomes.
