My inspiration for this class was my son, who is a cook in a restaurant, and during the lockdown he got some free time and started experimenting with creating his own limoncello. Somehow we ended up getting blossoms elderflower anywhere in our neighborhood ;) I already love limoncello but the elderflower version is really awesome !!!
