I struggled so much with this haha. I'm a complete beginner when it comes to hand lettering so I didn't know how to arrange the quote so it looked good and I didn't know how to make my letters look decent enough lol. Here are some sketches and the end result. I chose a quote from a song called "Smoky" by a South Korean singer. The song talks about mental health so I knew this is what I wanted to use for my first lettering project. I used block letters and faux calligraphy for the final piece.
