Thanks for posting your project Wyne, and taking the class! I appreciate the processing you've done to this shot. Interestingly, with the color photo, I notice the people a lot more, on their phones and less prominent in the frame but the framing still helps tell that story of people perhaps being less interesting and uninterested in the importance of the grand scheme of their surroundings. The black-and-white treatment transforms this photo into a beautiful eye-catching geometric study of some sort. I wonder if cropping the shot so that equal amounts of the Skytrain are visible, I see a bit more of the right side, perfect symmetry might help strengthen the shapes created by negative space. It might also be interesting to see this shot tilted upward even more to only feature the trains and no people at all creating a more abstract visual. So many options at this location to explore! Well done Wyne, this is looking great!
