I created a fictional calendar on how I would (ideally) try and organise my workflow. 

Writing the scripts, and/or noting the talking points for the next weeks videos (or even further ahead). Filming my own videos every week, then any videos I have with any collabs/sponsors. I've put the latest date the video can be sent to the sponsor for approval in as well.

For finances, I have allocated a day at the beginning of each month to compile the previous months numbers, although I will try and keep it rolling as and when invoices are sent and bills are received.
