Hi Chels,Nice work here and it's great that you are recognising what can be improved in terms of proportion - being able to see what is incorrect AND how to correct it (eg. face width too skinny) is a really important part of learning to draw.With the ears I feel like I can see the struggle between what you see when you look at the photo and what you are adding to the drawing from what you know about bunny ears. You've captured some of the angles but then you've curved and rounded other areas because that is what your brain is telling you the ears should look like. Its a very common challenge and maybe just something to try and be aware of when you are drawing...eg. Is what I'm drawing actually what I'm seeing in the photo? Turning the photo and your drawing upside down can really help to see clearly.For the eyes Id suggest getting a 4B or 6B pencil and gently darken the dark parts of eyes until they are black, to give them more depth.The second image has something very endearing about the simplicity of it. It's difficult to get different types of lines and values with a brush pen but your drawing is very cute!Thanks for sharing your work, Emily

Thank you for the feedback and suggestions! Funny that you recommend turning the photo upside down as that is what the book I am currently reading (Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain) has recommended! I have done a few of those type of exercises that the author recommended and I can already see a difference :D

Hearing from you that you that you believe that is where I am going wrong is motivating me to restart from chapter 1 to really focus on getting get out of that habit!!

Glad it made sense! Drawing On The Right Side of The Brain is a great book to learn techniques for drawing what you see instead of what you know. 

It is something that takes time though so don't worry too much about restarting the book but do keep purposefully using those techniques like turning things up side down and looking at negative spaces each time you are drawing :)
