I love Breaking Bad, and quoting Walter White is the first idea that popped up in my mind.

After drawing all the mouth positions, together with the beard, since it changes with the mouth, I started animating, making sure to add some expressiveness to the eyes and head. I'm still not happy with the eyebrows movement though.
