Hello <a href="https://www.skillshare.com/en/user/synikalsyren?via=project-details" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">SynikalSyren</a>! Your fuzzy little fox renders look awesome! I love how much variety you packed into these renders with new colors, lighting and camera angles! You've really flexed your creativity here! First off, from a technical aspect your renders look really good! The fur has a nice soft texture and the colors line up perfectly with the facial features. Great job! As for your customizations, they look equally well-done! I love how you were able to customize nearly every aspect of the color palette for your renders. Your pink/purple color scheme is particularly eye catching thanks to the high levels of contrast between the colors. The teal was a great choice for an accent color! The original class example (red fox) makes great use of the Kuwahara filter to give it a painterly look. This node is a favorite of mine for completely changing the look of a render after it's done! Lastly, the final render of the purple fox featuring dark eyes, glowing mushrooms and new lighting looks awesome! It has a really fun alien or fantasy vibe! I can imagine this little fox living in a dark subterranean cavern farming glowing mushrooms! I'm glad to hear you were able to figure out the issues you came across. Blender is a constantly evolving software, so it's great to get a handle of troubleshooting version mismatches. I'm always here to help if you run into issues though! Great job! We'll start with a ready-made starter file and then add multiple layers of fuzz to the model. We'll also create a material for the fuzz and comb the hair to match the model! Other than the Hair Frizz Node having broken "Empty Data" nodes and needing to update the raytracing for the eye/glass transparency (Blender 5.0), this was a lot of fun and very well explained. Thank you!
