How I use ChatGPT for my content
I asked a the prompt:
Hey chatgpt please help me write a script for a skillshare project it should be 5 minutes long.
After that I gave a list of my equipment and wrote up some lyrics for the video idea I generated with ChatGPT and we got this script going. What made it easier is that ChatGPT understands my peronality and things I'm interested in so its easy to make something even when you don't feel like it. It took a nice conversation with ChatGPT and this came out.
Sent through some videos I made through ai for more of a feel on what script I'd like

Here's the final product:

# THE ROOM I NEVER LEFT
**Runtime:** ~5 minutes
**Style:** Solo cinematic short / music video
**Present:** Real iPhone 11 footage
**Memory / inner world:** AI footage
**Location:** Bedroom + outside
**Main visual metaphor:** The bedroom is the mind. The drawings are memories. The box marked **STATIC** contains everything the character hasn't been able to process.

# INTRO
### 0:00 — MUSIC BEGINS
**BLACK.**
A faint room tone.
Text appears:
**11:47 PM**
Cut to your bedroom.
You're sitting at your desk.
Blank page.
Pencil in hand.
Nothing.
You try to draw.
Nothing.
You erase.
Try again.
Nothing.
The pencil drops.
### LYRICS:
> *I haven't been inspired lately*
> *I'm stuck here trinna write it save me*
Close-up.
Your notebook.
Blank.
You stare at the page.
### LYRICS:
> *Can't draw no more what's wrong with me?*
> *Something really bad happened to me*
Don't show what happened.
Instead—
**FLASH.**
A distorted AI image.
A younger version of you.
Then—
**FLASH.**
The bedroom.
Then—
**FLASH.**
A door closing.
Then—
BACK TO YOU.
You look toward the bedroom door.
---
# VERSE 1 — THE COLLAPSE
### LYRICS:
> *Can't open a book*
> *trust me man I am shook*
You pick up a book.
Open it.
Read one sentence.
Your eyes lose focus.
Close it.
Put it down.
### LYRICS:
> *All I have is the courses*
> *when I want endorsements*
Show your laptop / phone.
Online courses.
Notes.
Assignments.
You keep scrolling.
But nothing is sticking.
### LYRICS:
> *I was free working how I wanted to be*
> *Lost my job over some fraudgery*
Quick montage.
Your workspace.
Old work.
Empty chair.
Phone.
Banking / money imagery without showing private information.
You sit back down.
---
# THE FIRST MEMORY
### LYRICS:
> *The real reason was cause someone did something very bad to me*
The music briefly breathes.
You freeze.
The room goes quiet visually.
You look at the camera.
Not crying.
Just **staring.**
Then—
**AI SHOT.**
The younger version of you sitting in the room.
The camera slowly moves toward him.
Cut back.
You're still staring.
---
# FIGHT OR FLIGHT
### LYRICS:
> *I'm stuck in flight or fight mode*
> *I can't focus hearing voices oh my lord*
Start moving around the room.
Fast.
Open drawer.
Close drawer.
Pick up phone.
Put it down.
Try drawing.
Stop.
Pick up book.
Stop.
Walk to the door.
Turn around.
Walk back.
The editing gets increasingly fragmented.
Layer little pieces of your own voice over the song:
**"What happened?"**
**"Why can't I focus?"**
**"What am I doing?"**
Don't make them supernatural.
They're just thoughts.
### LYRICS:
> *Asking questions like is he there*
> *Eventually losing all my faith in him*
You look upward.
Nothing happens.
Just silence.
Then you look back down.
---
# LOSING YOURSELF
### LYRICS:
> *Now look I can't even gym*
> *Climbing in Dept*
Show your gym clothes / shoes.
You pick them up.
Put them down.
Then show your notebook with numbers / bills / responsibilities.
### LYRICS:
> *On my passion they slept*
> *Need money so I'm stuck focusing on my needs*
You look at your artwork.
Then your phone.
Then your work.
Then the artwork again.
You choose the phone/work.
The artwork stays behind.
---
# THE WALL
### LYRICS:
> *I lost ambition cause everybody didn't listen*
Camera slowly moves around your room.
Your artwork is everywhere.
But you're sitting in the middle of it.
Surrounded by things you created—
and unable to create.
### LYRICS:
> *I mean it in both ways*
> *love life and the music*
You look at an old drawing.
Then an old music project.
Then your empty notebook.
---
# CONTROL
### LYRICS:
> *They all just had there way with me*
> *I feel like I don't have any control*
You stand.
Walk toward the bedroom door.
Reach for the handle.
Stop.
### LYRICS:
> *On my voice, on my choice and even my own body*
Close-up of your hand on the handle.
Your grip tightens.
You let go.
The door remains closed.
---
# CHORUS 2
### LYRICS:
> *I haven't been inspired lately...*
The chorus returns.
But this time—
**the room starts changing.**
You walk through it.
AI shots begin appearing between real footage.
The AI version of you.
The younger you.
The room.
The drawings.
The box.
You're seeing fragments of yourself.
### LYRICS:
> *Something really bad happened to me*
**CUT TO THE AI SHOT OF THE ROOM.**
Hold it.
Then cut back to reality.
---
# THE BOX
You notice something on the floor.
A box.
Written across it:
# STATIC
You stare at it.
Pick it up.
Open it.
Inside:
**OLD DRAWINGS.**
You pull them out one at a time.
---
# SECOND VERSE — THE ANGER
### LYRICS:
> *Say it with me*
> *the art got me blocked*
You put a drawing on the wall.
Then another.
Then another.
Soon the wall is covered.
### LYRICS:
> *Inspiration*
> *I don't have much*
You stand in front of the wall.
Nothing.
### LYRICS:
> *Role models*
> *They ain't showing us much*
Show yourself scrolling through creators / artists.
You put the phone down.
### LYRICS:
> *Addictions*
> *I hold on too*
Don't show anything literal if you don't want to.
Show the repeated action instead:
Phone.
Scroll.
Refresh.
Scroll.
Refresh.
Same thing.
---
# THE ANGER
### LYRICS:
> *I'm so angry I convince myself*
> *that maybe one day it'll change but it doesn't*
Your movements become more aggressive.
You pull drawings from the wall.
Not destroying them.
Just ripping them down.
One.
Two.
Three.
The floor fills with artwork.
### LYRICS:
> *I feel them turn in their beds*
> *Blocking me from where I should be*
**AI SHOT.**
People / silhouettes / distant figures.
You are separated from them.
Cut back to you.
You're alone.
---
# THE CONSTRUCT
### LYRICS:
> *these lyrics are a construct*
> *suppressing deep dark anger from within*
You sit at the desk.
Open the notebook.
Start writing.
Fast.
Faster.
Pages fill.
You stop.
Look at what you've written.
Then slowly cross it all out.
### LYRICS:
> *Cause I can't express myself*
You open your mouth.
Nothing.
Then—
You scream.
**BUT NO SOUND.**
Mute the entire soundtrack for half a second.
Then the music comes crashing back.
---
# "BLA BLA BLA"
### LYRICS:
> *I hate that music is the one thing I can do*
> *Poems and drawings can't illiterate*
> *The feeling I have inside*
> *It all sounds like*
> *Bla Bla Bla*
Rapid montage.
Your mouth singing.
Your pencil.
Your drawings.
Your hands.
Your face.
The AI version of yourself.
The room.
The box.
The door.
Everything overlaps.
On:
> **BLA BLA BLA**
Have handwritten words appear around you:
**ANGER**
**FEAR**
**MONEY**
**LOVE**
**CONTROL**
**ART**
**WHY**
**WHY**
**WHY**
Then—
Everything disappears.
---
# FINAL CHORUS
The chorus returns.
But now the performance changes.
Instead of sitting helplessly at the desk—
**you start creating again.**
### LYRICS:
> *I haven't been inspired lately*
You pick up the pencil.
Draw one line.
### LYRICS:
> *I'm stuck here trinna write it save me*
Another line.
### LYRICS:
> *Can't draw no more what's wrong with me?*
Another.
### LYRICS:
> *Something really bad happened to me*
You finish the drawing.
It's not perfect.
But it's finished.
You look at it.
---
# THE EXIT
You put the drawing inside the **STATIC** box.
Close it.
Stand up.
Walk toward the door.
This time—
**you open it.**
You walk outside.
No AI.
Just you.
Real world.
Natural light.
You breathe.
Walk forward.
The camera stays behind.
---
# FINAL LINES
### LYRICS:
> *I haven't been inspired lately*
> *I'm stuck here, trinna write it out save me*
You're walking.
You stop.
Look back toward the house.
Then continue walking.
---
# END
The bedroom.
Empty.
The walls are bare.
The **STATIC** box sits in the middle of the room.
The bedroom door slowly closes.
**11:47 PM**
The clock changes.
**11:48 PM.**
Cut to black.
A final handwritten message appears:
# I'M STILL HERE.
Then:
# THE ROOM I NEVER LEFT
**END.**
