As soon as I saw the thumbnail, I knew I had to take this class.

 

For this project I used 2 different rose images I had taken some years ago.

 

I used 2 images of rose leaves to add more color to the pattern.

 

I used different scaling for both the roses and the leaves to turn the pattern more life-like. I re-colored the roses, as red looks a lot better on top of the black and white houndstooth pattern.

 

I tried out a different pattern, using only 1 of the roses in 1 scale.
