<p>This is a wonderful painting!  The salt really helped make it sparkle and you followed the light to dark rule. I'd say you could do one more layer of blue on the Headless Horseman and the Horse but overall this is well done. :)</p>

Thanks, I see what you mean. I will try to add another layer of blue on the rider and horse.
